Foundation & Orientation
Introduction to the Sangini Udaan journey, program values, learning expectations, responsible AI principles, and baseline skill assessment.
Phase 2
Core Skill & AI Learning
Track-specific technical and digital skills, AI fundamentals, tool exposure, and ethical technology practices aligned with industry standards.
Phase 3
Personal Growth & Communication
Confidence building, emotional intelligence, storytelling, public speaking, leadership basics, and professional mindset development.
Phase 4
Real-World Projects & Portfolio
Hands-on problem-solving projects, guided implementation, collaboration, and creation of a showcase-ready portfolio.

Community Collaboration & Impact

Guided exploration of the selected track. Participants may apply for a one-time track change within the first 15 days; after this, track selection is final.

Live Training Projects (Guided Execution)
Hands-on live project with SheCodesHerWay, one live project per track over 15 days, focusing on teamwork and real-world application.
Phase 10
Independent Innovation Project (Ownership)
Participants independently build their own project based on a theme, problem statement, prototype design, and final submission & presentation.
Phase 11
Evaluation, Ranking & Recognition
Assessment based on learning progress, project quality, soft skills, and ethical practices. Top 100 performers and top 10 per track are recognized.
Phase 12
Growth Sessions (Month 1 End)
6 interactive sessions including knowledge sharing, fun activities, personal storytelling, future planning, and community bonding.
Phase 13
Growth Sessions (Month 2 End)
6 interactive sessions including knowledge sharing, fun activities, personal storytelling, future planning, and community bonding.
Phase 14
Growth Sessions (Month 3 End)

Phase 15
Program Extension (If Required)
Program duration may be extended by up to one month, strictly one time only, based on track complexity, project depth, and cohort learning pace.

Alumni Pathway & Continued Association
Access to the alumni community, future collaboration opportunities, mentorship touchpoints, and invitations for contribution to upcoming initiatives.
Phase 17
EmpowerFly Graduation & Legacy Building
Formal completion and celebration of the journey, recognizing personal growth, skill transformation, confidence, and community contribution.
Phase 18
Final Reflection & Online Live Event
Consolidation of learnings, long-term goal setting, feedback sharing, and an online live event to celebrate achievements and inspire future growth.
